How long will my parcel take to arrive?

If you have ordered flowers your parcel may take up to 21 days; as all items are made to order.

I have a tricky colour to match, how can I be sure you will get it right?

We will do our best in all cases to get your shade exact. If you are still unsure you can email or post us your colour swatch and we will get and exact match for you.

All the mail order flower items shown on this web site (unless specified) are made from silk.

What happens if I am not happy with what you send me ... ?

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, colour, style or any other reason we are happy to refund you the price of item following its safe return to us. (Note we do not refund the P&P).
